Di2 Tri Set Up
What can I say? Di2 is a triathlete's best friend. Not only is it smooth and precise, but the ability to shift from the brake levers is definite plus if one is climbing. Shifting this puppy is as easy as literally pressing a button. This is one of those groupos that one can't live without.

The Pool at Southwest Rec Needs our Help
With the recent budget cuts, the Recreation Center at Southwest is considering turning the pool into a waterpark. What does it mean? Well, all swimmers, swim teams, master's programs, etc, would be canceled. The pool would no longer be available to any triathletes, or any families hoping to have their children be part of the WFLA Swim Team. Please help up us keep the pool open by attending a meeting on Thursday, February 4, 2010 @ 6:30 pm at 13120 Vonn Road, Largo, FL 33774 to voice your objections to this plan.
